Are you looking for personalized attention and professional business advice that is not out of a cracker jack box or the latest pop psychology book? Then chances are, I can help you succeed!

My specialty is marketing for category leadership, but I am well versed AND experienced in many business disciplines from accounting and advertising to things like markting, public relations, personnel development, team dynamics, technology implementation and vision clarification.

If you want a program based on 3 weeks, 4 steps, 7 ways, 12 centers of consciousness, or other "PROCEDURAL", "POP Psychology" or "INSTANT COACH" tools, you might be better off with another coach! More power to you. Some of these are very valid and helpful tools, but this cookie cutter approach is not how I work.

Basic Coaching: is a once a month service that includes a telephone coaching session of up to 90 minutes per month, on a mutually agreed but regular time and day, to obtain objective professional analysis, feedback, and advice about your situation, project, or goal. We can review documents, discuss situations, find out how to see problems as opportunities disguise, evaluate possible plans of action, explore solutions, draft implementation plans, and more. Follow up email coaching after the call, and monthly Northstar Coaching Newsletter included. Your investment is only $300/mo. If in doubt about the value of coaching, and willing to allow the results to come over time, then start here.

NorStar Coaching Service builds on the basic coaching idea but is a more intensive. Includes once a week telecoaching session of 45 - 60 minutes, as well as additional work between sessions. NorStar service derives its name from Polaris, the North Star, which sailors once used to navigate the oceans by night. This service is built around creating a constant and steadfast focus and productive progress toward concrete goals based on adherence to guiding principles for business success. With this more intensive NorStar service, you see faster results during your journey of personal and professional growth, especially in uncharted waters or during times of change. This service may include basic coaching services, plus deeper goal review and clarification, document and article analysis with in depth recommendations, monthly NorStar Coaching Newsletter, personalized advisory reports, and other experience based recommendational services made during weekly telephone coaching sessions and/or by email. Coaching sessions will include evaluation, problem and opportunity analysis, solution exploration, goal setting, progress review, open discussion, and whatever coaching service might be mutually agreed with client. Reasonable levels of email questions can also be supported. Email followup will be provided after every coaching session. Your investment is $500/mo. This service will bring a more concrete payoff, faster.

ADD ON SERVICES BELOW: We go the extra mile whenever possible for longer term clients or those who need direct services as well as coaching. Those committing to longer service terms (no written contract required, only a verbal commitment is needed) or those opting for higher levels of service will obtain additional assistance, expertise, or even completed services such as the preparation of business documents, reports, graphics, logos, web sites, even e-commerce sites, all with long term value. These services are obtained by increasing your investment by $500 per month, and choosing from our ReportsPLUS, GraphicsPLUS, or WebPLUS services which will be provided in addition to the NorStar Coaching Service. More than one PLUS Services may be ordered.

ReportsPLUS Coaching Service builds on the NorStar Coaching Service by adding 5 hours per month for Report Production, such as Market Research Reports, Market Potential Reports, Funding Proposals, Marketing Plans, Mission Statements, business plans, etc. Add $300/mo to investment in NorStar Coaching Service. WebPLUS Coaching Service builds on the NorStar Coaching Service by adding 5 hours per month of web site design, web development, web marketing, web hosting, email marketing services, and Site Maintenance Coaching. Client can expect the creation of a 12 - 20 page custom Web Site with professional design and development. Add $500/mo to investment in NorStar Coaching Service. Some sites slightly higher, depending on sophistication. This service eliminates the large one time fees charged by conventional web designers, and unlike most services, provides our clients with the skills to take over the site after we have finished it.

Remember, business success and market leadership is not often found in the cheapest goods or services. For instance, when it comes to web design and hosting, you can get a $9/mo hosting plan, or a $1000 web site if you want one. But I promise you that those things don't change anybody's life. Our web services are going to be only for those who want to lead in their field. Whether it is web design, or business plans, or funding proposals, new products, or whatever, we will charge enough to do a truly nice job, or we won't take the work. Hosting may be a part of that, but we dont try to compete with big hosting companies on price. You just try to get a knowledgable guy on the phone from one of those places, nights or weekends. An hourly support tech will answer, if you are with a good company. They will define support as making sure the server works, and then tell you that the server works fine... If you want more than that, most of them offer to help for $150/hr, during regular business hours only... And they push what is on sale, instead of figuring out what you really need. So, if cheap hosting or web design is what you want, then please call somebody else.

My Coaching Clients get much better than that when the program includes our webPLUS marketing. They guy you get on the phone to help you with a web site issue will also know your business plan, style, goals, and personal philosophies. My clients get what is best for them, no matter where they host, but it may be cheaper and easier and faster for me to do the web part of the service if they host with our hosting service.

E-CommercePLUS Coaching Service builds on the NorStar Coaching Service, making it a full fledged Web Marketing Program that provides web site design PLUS E-Commerce development. This program will produce a marked improvement in your search engine ranking. Costs depend on how thorough we need to be to rise to the level of competition in your category.
