OF SERVICE - COACHING SERVICES
(Keeping It Simple means no long term contracts).
For most Coaching Programs a 6 month to one year commitment provides best results, but some of our work can be handled month to month if you prefer.
All Services are Prepaid. Prepayment provide a level of commitment that helps a client complete a course of coaching once begun. Quitting is easy but not conducive to accomplishment. Refunds are not issued except in extreme and extenuating circumstances of major disability or similar life changing event that makes continuation impossible. Services can be paid monthly or further into the future, depending on client commitment level. Services can be discontinued at any time, for any reason, without penalty - however, clients should be aware that there is no liability on the part of a coach when work is not completed.
REMEMBER: Only one star can be the North Star. I won't coach two persons with the same goals. Only one company can lead in any niche. Everybody else follows. I can help you lead by helping you make sure all activities work in harmony with your primary goal. We will put all the pieces together into a strategic whole that has synergy and power. Then I add skills or advice about business disciplines such as accounting, marketing, advertising, public relations, and more.... You provide some good old fashioned elbow grease, and you can end up in the lead in your market!
DETAILS:
Fees: Fees are paid in advance. If a one year commitment is selected, to obtain our discount, the fees are reduced by means of a $300 discount applied once per quarter.
Coaching means: Supporting, counseling, guiding, informing, encouraging a client in their achievement of personal or business goals. Methodology: Establish a beneficial relationship that is intended to assist with clarity, goal setting and execution by encouraging and facilitating greater or more focused effort. It should be noted that accountability systems are an important part of coaching. Goals are set by the client and not the coach. Coaching is not "teaching", per se, but skills not within the clients repertoire may be taught or provided, as needed. This relationship is established in person, via telephone, or via email and other electronic or internet enabled means. There are no long term contracts needed. Some objectives can be met in a few sessions or a few months, while longer term coaching is usually even more productive.
Services may include one or more of the following: Goal Clarification (arrived at through questioning), objective situation analysis and feedback, recommendations, advice, suggestions, research, report writing, copy writing, graphic creation, web site design and development, etc. Service does not include direct financial assistance or psychological counseling. Basic service does not include production of marketing copy, art, or materials. In all cases, the client makes the final decisions about what actions to take. Because client has more information about their situation, and more control, than I do, Client agrees that I cannot be held responsible for results of the coaching experience. A great business adage applies to coaching as to all of life. If something does not work, change it . When you find something that works, do it again!
Skills and disciplines provided may include (in no particular order): Analysis, Strategic Planning, Management, Staffing, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Public Speaking, Report Writing, Copy Writing, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Experiential Professional Insight, Personal relationship or team relationship dynamics, more.
Personal Meetings, Appearances: If a client desires a personal meeting, or personal appearance for a speaking engagement, then travel and expense arrangements are made separately. Most clients of most coaches will obtain better results from longer term coaching relationships of 6 months to one year or more. The WEBPLUS program requires at least one year for proper completion. At these prices, the attendant web site or report is developed over time instead of all at once.
Emrgency or Bonus Service: Extra service can be arranged on the fly, as needed, such as longer coaching sessions, hourly research or report services, etc., at a rate of $169/hour for Basic clients, or $149/hour for NorStar or PLUS clients, or $129/hour for All Inclusive Clients. Other rates are sometimes negotiated privately for Christian Ministries or non-profit situations. On occasion, we have worked for a percent of sales when a new product or company is being launched and available funds are at a premium. In this case there is an advance against future earnings, allowing startup costs to be kept within reason until sales revenue begins to flow.
TERMINATION: Sometimes, for any number of personal or professional reasons, a client chooses to discontinue. On rare occasion, we may discover that I am not the right coach for you. Or, your needs may change. Clients can call off the coaching relationship at any time for any reason without concern about a contract. Optimal results are sometimes obtained through mutual accommodation. For personal or professional reasons, not all plans are completed. On rare occasion, we may discover that I am not the right coach for you. For this reason we choose not to require firm, long term contracts. Clients may call off the coaching relationship at any time. In event that coaching relationships with longer term commitments or goals are terminated prematurely, any unfinished work is not expected to be completed by either party. If client desires to move on at any time prior to completion of the commitment, but desires open projects to be completed, we can estimate together the amount of time or the number of coaching sessions needed to accomplish a useful stage of completion for such open reports or projects. Then we work together to accomplish the new goal.
COPYRIGHTS, ETC: Copyrights or intellectual property rights related to any work done by BIG Marketing Solutions or work done by us together, or inspired by our work together, belongs to BIG Marketing Solutions. If services are paid as agreed, then such rights are licensed to client for use as intended. Our creative work or intellectual property cannot be resold to others or used when not properly paid for. Unused, incomplete, or unpaid proposals, reports, copy, art, graphics and etc. will remain the sole property of BIG Marketing Solutions, LLC and will be protected by copyright and other laws such as but not limited to intellectual property laws.
The fine print: I will partner with and assist my clients in accomplishing projects and dreams that come from their own vision for their own business or life. You make the decisions. You alone are responsible for the results of the coaching work. I assist but do not make decisions for you and do not control the exact implementation. I help you appraise situations and gather facts or provide skills that assist you in your adventure. It's your journey, after all. We will NOT be aware of as many variables or possible complications to your situation or plan as you are. Our service is not a complete substitute for proper staffing, nor is it any substitute for competent legal or accounting advice when needed. My experience in these arenas may help you avoid unnecessary legal fees, however, I am not an attorney nor CPA or licensed insurance or investment advisor. If in doubt about legal issues, tax consequences, or other responsibilities, I recommend you consult with the appropriate legal professional, CPA, Certified Financial Planner, etc. In event that your goals seem reasonable for the proposed course of coaching, but we later learn that more sesssions will be needed, I will advise. Some goals seem reasonable in the beginning of a course of coaching but once your current proficiency or skill level become clearer, we may need to adjust accordingly.
I can give better prices to clients who make a longer term commitment. When you make the commitment, you receive 50% off every third month.
